Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Additional fees, customs, or duties may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Some items may have specific restrictions due to size or shipping regulations.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at jeanandpaige@gmail.com.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow 7-10 business days for claims to be processed.
- We are not responsible for any damage or misplacement done to the item after shipment. Once shipped, the product is the responsibility of the purchaser and it is up to the purchaser to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
International Shipping
- Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Order Cancellation
- If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at jeanandpaige@gmail.com within 3 hours of purchase to cancel or change your order.

Return Policy – 15 Days
At Jean & Paige, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help!
Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Tags and labels must still be attached.
- Free from stains, pet hair, makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items: The following are not eligible for return:
- Sale items or items marked "Final Sale."
- Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at jeanandpaige@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Approval: Once approved, you'll receive instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Packaging: Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Ship the items back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter at no cost to you.
